A quick deploying elasticated attachment for use with PFD harnesses Designed to be used with a carabiner. Elasticated tubular webbing extends and retracts Bar-tac stitched (for strength) to a stainless steel ring. Carabiner can be purchased separately. Recommended carabiner: Dual Lock carabinet.
